YES. Daily cleanup is mandatory and is frequently audited when we perform our onsite inspections and homeowner check-ins.
What if I don’t click with the contractor that you connect with me?
Just let us know. We will gladly connect you with another contractor that suits your needs.
Do I have to contact references for contractors in your network?
You absolutely can, but we assure you it is not necessary. We are here to save you the time and headache of sifting through references. The contractors in our network have already been fully vetted and are continually inspected and audited to maintain membership.
Why don’t you show me the list of contractors in your network here?
One of the biggest advantages of using XP-Dyte is that we only recommend contractors appropriate for your specific needs. We know their specialties. For example, an artisan kitchen designer will not be the best fit if you’re looking to renovate, flip a property, or do a quick fix to a rental property, and vice versa.
Why shouldn’t I go directly to the contractor you pair me with?
In exchange for multiple leads and opportunities for life-long customers, our contractors have agreed to provide our customers with special pricing that falls at or below retail. Going directly to the contractor no longer guarantees this pricing.
Can I still seek out bids from other contractors, in addition to your recommendation?
Of course! If you still want to do all that heavy lifting, there’s no penalty. But we’re so confident you’ll wind up hiring who we recommend that you’ll use our service every time you need a general contractor.
